Park Regency Apartments

This atmosphere and apartment complex has definitely stepped their game up since Erin, the leasing consultant has taken over this complex. She had made major changes over the 5 years since I have been here which makes me want to stay. The maintenance staff is absolutely amazing and friendly. When you know the maintenance crew by name then you know it’s a good crew. Erin makes sure she gets any problems resolved alway available!! If your looking for a quite and safe place to stay these apartments are what your looking for! If Erin ever leaves I’m leaving with her I can’t promise you this complex would remain the same. If I had one complaint it would they need to fix their parking lot

I absolutely love ❤ living here at Park Regency. The atmosphere is Peaceful And Safe, The STAFF have been very helpful Ms Erin is A Sweet heart ❤.Mr Ronnie is cool and funny he make me 😃 when am having a bad day. The staff keep P.R running well, promptly and are Extremely, Efficient! Every one here is Courteous And Friendly! P.R. Staff keep us informed with bad weather and Especially with COVID-19. This is my favorite placed I’ve ever lived. The workers are so nice and helpful with everything you need. The other people living here are nice as well. I feel so safe

Great place to live! Quiet, clean, gated and great location. You wont find a better staff in Baton Rouge. I have always felt safe with Ms Erin. She goes above and beyond for us. Mr. Ronnie and Mr. Barron are the best maintenance staff.
