Kavitha is one of the best instructors and what I call yoga royalty! She gets to know all those who practice with her and is really in tune with body limitations to know when to encourage you to take a stretch further or modify for safety. Every class is exciting and different, as she focuses on teaching the foundation to stretches for all levels.
(August 31, 2022, 9:03 am)The facility was clean, open and inviting. The staff was friendly and helpful. Class started on time. The Reformer II class with Heather was challenging but she also provided modifications as needed. Great class. I will be back.
(July 13, 2022, 9:15 pm)The minute I walked into the door, I felt a welcoming presence and I was greeted by Regina! She is so kind, very helpful, helped us pick a fantastic mat, and has such a wonderful personality. The vibe inside the studio and the attitude of the staff, guest, and teachers was more than I expected. I left feeling so happy after my first ever yoga class. I'm going to start going every week! Thank you!
(June 28, 2022, 7:11 pm)I drove in from Lafayette to take Ashtanga class on Sunday morning. It was worth the drive--I really enjoyed the class! The instructor exuded warmth and kindness, and his assists were gentle. The yoga studio is among the nicest I've seen. I wish I lived closer so I could attend classes regularly, but I plan to drive in on the weekends every now again.
(June 11, 2022, 8:01 pm)Grace Yoga had great vibes/energy! People wanted to be there. It was clean, staff were super friendly/professional and the teacher actually paid attention to those of us in the class. He took the time to interact w/us, provided praise and corrected form when needed. Highly recommend and will be back!
