I travel from Metairie to JKL in Baton Rouge because no one can style and cut hair like Janie. She is the very best.

Janie has cut my hair for many years. I’m never disappointed. Even when I’ve wanted to change the style I can leave it up to her what will look best. She and Ken are welcoming and make you feel at home. Salon is always clean and tidy. Highly recommend!

Ken is a very talented and knowledgeable stylist. He’s cut my hair for 15 years and I’ve never been disappointed with his work. Ken considers your hair texture, growth patterns and face shape then suggest styles that work best for you. Absolutely would recommend Ken and JKL Salon!

Janie and Ken are fabulous master stylist and work hard to accommodate their clients. I have going to JKL for over 10 years, started my so. And daughter in law there and they never disappoint! The atmosphere is always fun and the staff make you feel welcomed and happy that you are there. Visit their new location on Perkins Road, absolutely tranquil.

This is a wonderful salon. Janie and Ken go out of their way to accommodate every request I make. Ken is the best colorist in the city and I have gone to many. Janie gives me the best cut! I am never kept waiting when I arrive for an appointment and everyone makes me feel welcome. It is nice to have consistency and quality with every visit.
