(September 25, 2020, 12:38 pm)I always order from this place through Waitr. Their delivery times always exceed the estimates, and leave me pleasantly surprised at how timely the food is prepared and shipped out.
Today I made an order, and the restaurant was unable to fulfill it due to not having the bagel in stock. Although I was unable to answer their call, they did make every effort to reach out to me and were very polite about the inconvenience. Wonderful customer service.
The food itself is also excellent. My favorite is the Manhatten Skyscraper.

(July 25, 2020, 2:17 pm)Really a great place to stop for breakfast, lunch or just a nice cup of joe. Bagels are always super fresh and the selection isawesome. Whether it's a breakfast sandwich or ome of their signature lunch creations you wont be disappointed. Customer service is a 10 out of 10 for this location!
(October 28, 2019, 12:18 pm)Very friendly staff and great prices! Fresh bagels and good coffee! I’m a New Yorker who is new to the south so finding this little hidden gem down the street from my place has been super great for some back home nostalgia! Defiantly recommend my only complaint is where is that Olive pimento cream cheese! I highly recommend that y’all add that to the menu cause it just hits different with an everything bagel.
