Dr Tate and his Staff were polite, professional and very knowledgeable. They explained everything to my daughter and myself about our eye appointment. My daughter loved playing with his granddaughters. It is truly a family atmosphere , you feel very welcomed as soon as you enter the front door. we appreciate their services.
Dr Tate was great for my son! He was detailed and patient with him. This was his first time to get contacts and his staff was great in assisting with all our questions and concerns! We were very pleased overall with our visit!! He definitely helped him to keep his “Eye on the Ball!”
I am over 65 and have been wearing glasses for most of my life. The Eye on the Ball Clinic is the best experience I have encountered. Staff is very professional but though this was my first visit they made me feel like a life long neighbor. Everyone worked hard to satisfy my needs for new glasses. I will be recommending their services to friends and family. A happy customer.
I have never ever received such excellency in patient client customer service in my life until I came to this office. Dr. Tate is very personable, caring, and attentive. The office also sent me a thank you card in the mail with blessings. Dr. Tate will be open for many years to come with the kindness that he and his office staff have shown and are giving to patients. I will be returning for my next eye exam!!!!!
