Started CrossFit in January 2022 and I’ve seen great improvements! Thanks to all the coaches! The atmosphere is great and everyone welcomes you with open arms

I started CrossFit about 3 months ago to get into shape. I was nervous to start because CrossFit can have a reputation for being intense. I had talked to a lot of friends that loved their local CrossFit, so I decided to give it a try. I am so glad I did! I love the great people and atmosphere that CrossFit Zachary has to offer. It is such a welcoming and supportive community.

Everyone I have met so far is there for the same reason - to feel better about themselves by achieving their personal fitness goals. CrossFit Zachary is especially good at helping people achieve their goals by first meeting you where you are. I did not expect or realize that there were so many different accommodations and modifications available for each workout. For example, I do not have very mobile wrists, but with the help of the coaches at CrossFit Zachary, that has never stopped me from completing a workout. I could go on forever about how great this place is, but I am currently late for my workout.

Every since I’ve started my CrossFit journey here, I’ve really come to love it! Everyone is so nice and helpful. I feel right at home. I really appreciate the help from all of the coaches. They have really helped me learn and understand what to do and how to do it (coming from someone who’s never done cross fit prior)! I look forward to continuing my journey here! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a CrossFit family :)
