Beautiful very well kept . Quite little retirement community . I and most of us have been here for years . The property owners are wonderful people if and when you see them . They give you privacy . All they ask is keeping your lot very clean .
Town and County Mobile Home Village is an upper-scale retirement village of forty-five homes. Residence are fifty-five years or older and there are guidelines for mobile homes accepted into the village. Mobile homes must have vinyl siding and pitched roofs with composition roof shingles, or tin roof. There are three or four older style mobile homes that were grandfathered in, prior to the new standards. Most home owners have down-sized from standard houses and Town & Country Mobile Home Village meets their needs in a quiet, safe, friendly, and clean environment.
