The only reasons I've given 4 rather than 5 stars are that the checkout experience tends to be extremely slow & they often only have one register open even when the line becomes badly backed up, though this is probably not the fault of the employees and moreso due to understaffing MOST days. The second reason for this is one employee, who I believe is also a manager, & her bad attitude.”

“I was referred to Dr Matt when I had some thyroid issues. I had seen another doctor at BR Clinic, and he didn't listen to my concerns about the Metformin he had me on. In speaking with Dr Matt and explaining my issues, he told me that was an allergy to the medication and the other doctor should have known that. He prescribed a new med and it was a little too much, so as soon as I called with issues, they got me in immediately and he changed meds. I have been on the newest meds for 2 years and it has been amazing. I've never waited longer than 15 minutes for doc appt, and usually go straight back for labs. He is very thorough when explaining labwork and Thyroid U/S. He is very soft spoken and cares about his patients.”

“Last week I visited BROC’s Bluebonnet location for treatment on my arm. The overall experience was incredible, given the circumstances. Their Covid protocols made me feel extremely comfortable. Prior to going in the waiting room they did a quick evaluation and checked my temperature. I had arrived early thinking lines would be longer, however, the process was very smooth and efficient and all of the proper safety cleaning / distancing protocols were clearly in play. All of the BROC staff and physicians were wearing masks. My appointment was with Dr. Etheridge and everyone on his staff was great. Couldn’t recommend BROC more. In a few hours following my appointment I was already feeling relief.”
