RKM Primary Care - Jackson Complex Health Center

I have a bad knee. It gave out on me going downstairs and the resultant pain from the fall was excruciating. When I still couldn’t walk without crutches a couple of days later I called them. I drove straight over and was in the exam room within 10 minutes. They did X-rays on-site and the doc was there promptly (the time it took to review the X-rays).
She said the pain radiating down to my ankle couldn’t be explained by a knee injury and asked about my back. I’m missing a disk there and had a prior issue with paralysis on the same leg from a pinched nerve. Her diagnosis was confirmed two days later when, stretching my.back, it slid back into place and ended about 80% of the pain.
My knee is still hurt, but the steroids she prescribed are the best medical science has to offer. I didn’t mention I had quite a bit of medical experience/education. She made a very good catch. She’s very intuitive, which is critical for a good diagnostician.

Dr. Crane saw me as an Emergency Patient - He was quick to diagnose my issue with my foot .. 21 days in a boot and a bit of PT and I’m good to go😀

Exceptionally quick and easy visit, but without feeling like my evaluation was rushed. Dr. Crane is very knowledgeable, and provided a thorough explanation of the recommended course of care for my issue.

I am very pleased with the experience I had with Tulsa Bone and Joint Associates Sand Springs location. It was easy to schedule an appointment. When I arrived at the clinic, the waiting room was clean and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. The nurse that promptly took me to an exam room was also friendly and professional. Within a few minutes, Dr. Crane came in to exam me and thoroughly explained his diagnosis and treatment plan. He also answered all my questions and didn't seem like he was rushing through the visit. If the need arises, I would not hesitate to use this clinic again.
