I'm interesting look at a large house end us and Sugar Plantation complex now park is now partially used as a bread and breakfast Inn
Extremely tall ceilings 12' windows windows and summer original furniture general furniture make this an interesting visit
Our authentically costumed docent give a nice tour of the above floors.
There are lots of grounds and other buildings that are available if you stay there, but we're not part of our small quick river boat tour.
Interesting to contrast the simpler and plainer style of Southern mansions to the much more elaborate northern mansions
A worthwhile stop if you have not had the experience
