(February 24, 2020, 1:25 am)Best boiled crawfish on the westbank for sure! Super friendly staff as well. Only deduction is for their sausage from the boil. I have tried it multiple times at this point. Disappointed every single time. Crawfish, potatoes, carrots, mushrooms, boudin etc all rolling though. Boil recipe is very consistent. Dude knows what he's doing most definitely!
