“The Kenner location is great. The front desk people are very friendly and inviting. Like all gyms, there is a packed and quiet time to go. At this location it seems the earlier the better (for me) because I don't like to wait for equipment. If you're motivated being surrounded by other lifters or runners then after 5pm would be better for you.”
