(July 11, 2021, 5:37 pm)Great experience! Been all over looking for a new dishwasher. Just stopped in to check on prices, we left a half hour later with a new dishwasher. While there our sales person, Preston, convinced us to get our mattress. We made a comment saying that we will be in in a few weeks to pick one out. Well don’t have worry about that now. Thanks Preston for making our shopping experience a great experience.
(June 13, 2021, 3:42 pm)We stopped here after the one on McKnight didn't have what we were looking for. After this experience, we're glad we did. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Calvin. He made us feel comfortable right away. And they had exactly what we were looking for. He was knowledgeable about the products and gave us adequate time and space to make a decision. When it came time to purchase, he answered any and all questions I had, before I even had a chance to ask them. To top it all off, they delivered the same day (which was a Sunday)!!! And the delivery guys were quick and did a great job setting everything up. Couldn't be happier with the whole experience, and we will be return customers.
(May 23, 2021, 1:24 pm)We had a quick and seamless visit to American freight in Penn Hills today. Preston approached us and helped us through the financing process and selecting our new dryer. Through checking out Calvin was so kind and answered all my questions about the financing. Marcus helped us to load the car and was so professional and helpful! You guys have great staff, keep up the good work 👍
(October 27, 2020, 7:18 pm)A cut above the rest is a humble description! My wife and I worked with an outstanding salesmen by the name of Jordan who was attentive and caring to our needs. We purchased a new mattress, bed-set, and sectional couch from him. And let me tell you he was nothing but patient and caring with us. We tried many options and while looking at them all he gave us his honest opinion and guided us to the best furniture for our value. Now after having the furniture we hold no regrets it has withstood the test of time! I emphatically suggest Jordan and American Freight for all your home furniture needs! I will certainly use him in the future!

He was back and forth between all of us treating us like family! His knowledge and service was ON POINT! We can't wait to enjoy our new furniture! And it was absolutely lovely getting to know Curtis in the process! THANK YOU!!!! Highly recommend!
