“POOL RESERVATIONS PLEASE do not stop Pool Reservations at Heritage Plaza. We have only 3 lanes and for a first com first served basis one could wait quite awhile for a swim lane. Swimmers have a hard enough time trying to get a spot. I and others swim a mile, more or less, each session. Without lanes and times for swimmers our workouts are in jeopardy. Swimmers cannot share a lane. Please consider the swimmers before you make a decision about the pool. It is not just for aerobics. Swimmers are members too. Sincerely, Maureen O’Dwyer”

“Excellent doctor's and staff. Dr. Jennifer D. Silinsky, M.D. is awesome! I highly recommend her as your next doctor. She is friendly and easy to talk to and gives you direct answers to your questions. She treated me kind and gave me the information I needed to the concerns I was having. I trust her in surgery and she did great work. Explains conditions and treatments. Takes time with you and provides follow up appointments. You can feel comfortable speaking to her with any concerns. Office waiting room time is short. The staff in the office are very nice from the initial phone call to face to face. Office is new and clean and plenty of parking. Give them a call.”
