Suburban Studios Avondale

The rooms could use an update but overall it was clean and staff was helpful. A good value for the money. Would stay here again.

This was my second stay at this location. It looks very clean which is a huge plus, but it did have a stale cigarette smell upon entering the room. There's a casino right across the highway and choices of eateries on either side which make for a great location. The place is quiet and I hardly saw other people which make it both nice but also a little eerie at the same time. Also, I could've sworn that the name of this establishment was "Suburban Extended Stay" not "Suburban Studios". LoL Why wouldn't the owners or staff have corrected this? You'd think they'd not be so careless about the name of their business.. just seems a bit sketchy to me. Being a single female, I'd likely have not gone there had I noticed this "Studios" mishap beforehand. I don't think I'd have felt safe.

I would give the rooms more stars but unfortunately the room we were in needed mainly with the shower hand and the bathroom sink handles was very loose. But for the most part I slept like a baby

My stay here was good. The service was A1. The rooms were good. The beds were really comfortable. Bout a 20 min drive from the city but the location has places to eat near-by..Will definitely stay here again. They don't provide silverware or dishes for the small kitchen area but everything else was fairly good !
