Broke a power steering hose on our Prevost RV when we pulled into our rv site at the nearby state park late on a Friday. Called Warren at Penmo on Sat afternoon. He sent over 2 of his guys first thing Monday. They worked all day, sometimes in the rain. Also found a leaking wheel seal and fixed that later in the week. Could not have asked for more accomodating, polite or knowlegeable people! Instead of a ruined vacation, we were on our way in just a few days.
