I remember when it was called art monroe taekwondo plus, it still set up same way best memories I have as a child was here in this building. so I'm sure if it's like back then I strongly suggest it, learned self defense, self discipline and respect. Hated leaving wanna find somewhere locally where I am now so I can start training over and possibly go further than my 3rd degree black belt. Personally I loved the tournaments they had for us and loved my instructors so much man the 90's was amazing in this building

I'd recommend trying them out

They are awesome, I've never seen a group of people with the patients and careing of the students that they have. And always encouraging the kids that they can do it.
