Pawlins

Layout inside a bit different then most of the other McDonald's locations I been to either rebuilt, replace or remodeled. I ordered from the kiosk then to the register to pay. The fries weren't too good as they should of been. My cheeseburger was made the way I wanted and Finally but not last had Coke (Large) which made up for the fries. 10/21/2022*.

The last two times I’ve gone to this location the person working the drive through was so polite and patient! Was worried because I went 40 minutes before closing time. But instead of attitude and cold food I was greeted with a very sincere “Welcome to McDonald’s, what can we get started for you?” and fresh hot food! Easily the best location in Cuyahoga Falls (just wish the inside was open more often)

I never have issues with this location. I do wish prices weren’t so high.
I love the filtered ice water here at this location too.

Pawlins staff took great care of my older pup while I made an 11 day trip where it was not possible to bring him along. I checked in by phone almost every day on his progress and viewed him playing with other dogs daily on their webcams.
I was contacted when he displayed an issue and was comforted to know that a vet on site would treat my dog if a problem developed.
I am grateful that everyone at Pawlins truly watched over my pet while I was away.
I highly recommend them.

My poodle spent 3 nights and played during the day. Lots of dogs to play with. Clean establishment , courteous staff. You can bring your own bedding so your dog feels at home. Love the cameras so I can watch her play from afar. Also having a vet there makes me feel better if something were to happen.

We were first timers to grooming and daycare!! We have a very energetic puppy who needed some stimulation and group playtime. I have a 6 year old so dog parks are not an option. He did great!! I have NEVER seen Tito so tired at the end of the day!!! The staff there is very friendly and answered all my questions! You can tell they all love what they do and it shows!!!

Pawlins is the best! I highly recommend the doggy day fare. The entire facility is run so smoothly and everyone is extremely clean and organized. Stevie Nicks, my Great Dane pup, loved her time there. She told me herself. ;)

Since Pawlins opened, Ivy has enjoyed the days that she has gotten to spend there. We just picked her up after a full week of boarding and she did very well with loads of playtime and quality attention. Having the peace of mind that she is in a safe healthy space and always supervised is well worth the reasonable prices.
