I've been with State Farm for over 24 years. When I started with them, I was with an agent whose office I found to be the absolute best at what they did. (So I thought at the time.) They always kept me informed of rates and my best options. When Katrina hit, in 2005, they were in touch with me every step of the way. It turns out that this may be common practice for State Farm. I was upset to find out that my agent was retiring in 2021 and that they were going to have to move me to another agent. It turns out that that's the best thing that could've happened. James Webb is my new agent. He's extremely polite and very helpful when handling my questions or concerns. His team is always on top of their game. When I call, they greet me very politely and are very eager to help in any way possible. I've found Laura Lee to be extremely helpful, polite and wanting to help in any way to make any concerns go as easily as they can. She seems to me to be the backbone of what makes things go so smoothly at James Webb's office. James Webb's team was with me every step of the way when hurricane Ida hit New Orleans. Even through all of the chaos they returned every call, answered all of my questions, and made my worries fade relatively easily. They've made a bad situation good again, which is all you can ask for from an insurer.
