Dru Lilly arrived quickly to replace a failing garbage disposal. Professional, efficient, very friendly. New unit working fine.

Technicians Dru & Craig showed up exactly at 8:00am as was told, to reroute a hot water line as the original line had a leak detected. After walking through the scope of work and agreeing on the task and options, Dru and Craig took ownership of the job and performed admirably as if they were working on their homes. I was very pleased with the job, and they did everything I had asked of them. They insured me and advised why we should not have anymore leaks. I also appreciated the original options and proposals suggested by Anthony when he surveyed the job. I would recommend Saia Plumbing, by my experience with all of the representatives of the Company, to anyone who has plumbing needs.

Mike Saia is my neighbor. My water heater needed re-lighting after Ida because the pilot went out. Worked for awhile but went out again after a week or so. Tried re-lighting, but didn't work. Took cold showers for a week. Saw Mike this a.m. while walking the dog, told him about the water heater & next thing I know he's at the house installing my new water heater. He's nice as can be & very professional as are his employees. I had hot water in a couple hours. Couldn't ask for better service. Call Saia Plumbing for all your needs.
