“This small business Auto Mechanic was the only Mechanic to actually fix my car. The dealership who sold me my car in Metairie said unless the problem happened while in the car was in the shop they couldn't help because the computer will diagnose the problem. WHAT???? Pretty much I spent $500 for nothing. After a few months of dealing with a car that was very unreliable starting, I was referred to Jerry's Used Parts/Repair by my Mother. I thought why not try it. Within a day, he took my car in, diagnosed it, ordered the part and installed it!!!!!! All at a reasonable cost. Needless to say I am a very happy customer. I began to wonder if any good mechanics existed any more. I know they do now. Jimmy at Jerry's is the BEST!!!”

“In my 12 years of repairing and regular maintenance of my vehicles, I have never been as pleased with customer service with an auto parts store. I called the store looking for CV axles and Nattalie answered the call. She only had one in stock and checked other stores nearby for the other one I needed. I told her that I'll come by and pick the one she had and I'll go over to the other store to grab the other. 30 mins later I got to the store and she told me she already sent a runner to grab the other one for me!
