(February 22, 2023, 6:35 pm)I purchased a home after Hurricane Ida with an AC unit put in by the previous owner. I have had a number of issues since moving in and Farley's has always provided excellent service, even though they didn't do the initial install. They have come the same day, and after hours (with an understandable additional fee) and have my unit working in no time. The guys who complete the work are always professional and explain the repairs to me in terms I can understand. They take their time to show me how to prevent future problems. As a single woman, I appreciate the quick, professional service I receive from Farley's.

(December 28, 2022, 12:46 pm)Farley's is really great to work with! Their receptionists was really nice and called me back the same day to schedule service. Craig Spiers was my technician and he did a really great job. I needed my unit raised onto a stand and not only did they put it up there, they bolted the stand to the cement and bolted the unit to the stand. I also love the fact that they are paperless. I received a text to confirm scheduling my service, another text that my tech was on his way, and an emailed receipt with detailed descriptions of all of the work done. Definitely will be my go to for HVAC services from now on!
