    Went on Wednesday..only waited about 15 minutes...quicker than in previous years...and only one person working...

    I was in & out in no time, we were #76 & some people left so it was very quick to get my ID renewed, but my husband had to come back for his handicap placard.
    I believe I was served by Deborah & she was so sweet to me, even told me she'd pray for me as I have breast cancer🙏.

    just hire more people. that’s it. stop the BS with your the phone line. 10/10 :)))) ms. paulina / ms. jean i love you so much!!!!!!!!!! my angel/savior!!!! very nice staff please treat them with respect as they’re short staffed.

    We have been going here for many years and have never had to wait like the one in Houma, if we waited an hour that was a long time. The people have always been very nice to us.
