I had a problem that was covered under warranty. I was treated extremely good even for warranty work. My experience with the Calvin Braxton Ford Service Department was terrific. I will be purchasing an Extended Warranty with Calvin Braxton Ford next year. I will continue my car repairs through them.

I visit Louisiana one a year for about a month and my truck usually needs an oil change while I’m there. I have had my truck serviced there for the past 2 years and also needed them to check out why my computer was acting up. Turns out it was because I needed a new battery. Everything is working great now. Very happy with the service I received.
