(June 13, 2023, 4:08 am)The staff are super friendly. They are very helpful with any questions and concerns. The park itself is very nice and quiet. Very up kept. The people living here keep to themselves. There are no stray animals hanging around. It's out of the city but close enough to everything such as Walmart and other stores. I really enjoy living here!
(April 26, 2023, 8:43 am)I stayed in Grand Bayou Mobile home park for the last year. I was in a FEMA trailer due to Ida. I feel blessed to have met wonderful people I now call friends. I felt safe

(October 29, 2021, 1:17 pm)My husband and I came down south for storm clean-up from Wisconsin. 3 hours before we got here we told were we would setup had no utilities. We called several places no good. We called Grand Bayou and they found a lot for our camper and Shelia in the office was the helpful, caring and happy. The park is clean, quiet and very relaxing. I would so stay here again and if wanted a permanent lot it would definitely be here. Family owned and very taken care of!
