Always on point and you never have to wait longer than 5 mins to get your food. Staff are excellent service is excellent. The location however has issues due to the high traffic around the area. However they have recently redone the parking lot and hoping it will clear up some of the issues with traffic.

My only complaint is why on earth can't we pull up to see the big menu when ordering?? I understand they are trying to get to more customers and move the line but they literally take our orders 4' from the menu and only have a tiny piece of paper with limited menu items for us to order from on the employees handheld. Love the food and service just would like to see the menu when ordering.

Went through the drive in. They have definitely thought it out. Exceptional setup. Three lanes to place order with real people right there to take your order. Drove around and greeted by another polite employee handing you your food. I understand why they are so popular and rated one of the best fast food restaurants.

Normally really great, but often they short my fries lol I only like a few fries in the world and chikfila is top 3 so I get sad when not enough fry, very cry
