(January 25, 2016, 7:31 pm)I have used this business twice and both times I was very pleased with them. Scheduling a appt w the nice, courteous, professional employee was a breeze. I even had a extremely helpful lady assist with helping me troubleshoot any questions I had. I was given same day service and the tech was very knowledgeable & quick to find the problem. I highly recommend them!!

They were able to come to my house within hours, and immediately diagnose a repair option to my refrigerator, including having the needed replacement part on the service truck. When I researched comparable prices for the replacement parts online, they were directly in line with what Young's priced. Friendly and professional and good to know there is someone locally who can respond in these unfortunate time.
