Staff were friendly and professional. Dr. was knowledgeable and amazing. Will be using them again for all our pets.

I can remember when Dr. Welch opened business. We had large animals plus pets. He helped them all.
He is very thoughtful when you have a sick pet. He always gives you several options and explains them so you can.make a realistic decision.
And my Daisy Mae like him.

Genuine, caring, not dismissive, fast but thorough and at more than just reasonable cost. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough

Love Dr. Mary Powell! She took care of my fur baby and explained everything with great knowledge, bedside manner was exceptional, very compassionate with animals and took time in explaining things. She answered all of my questions without rushing me out after results were in and explained them in detail. I've had other Drs see my fur baby and they were also great. I don't care for a few of the receptionists there. They rush you off the phone when you call and they aren't very friendly when you're asking questions or picking up meds. They could be a little more friendly and attentive, instead of talking or playing on their cell phones.
