The Retreat at Juban

I don’t even live here LOL (moving in next month) but I have fallin in love with this complex! It has everything I want and more! Also the staff makes you feel like you’re a number one priority & it’s just awesome!

My experience moving in has been great so far! Kayla was a patient and kind tour guide for me and answered every question I threw at her. This was my first and first time renting so trust me when I say, I had PLENTY of questions. Dacia was a wonderful help as well. Due to some circumstances, I had to move my move in date once and they were so accommodating. I cannot say enough about their wonderful staff and this beautiful community. Looking forward to my time here!

I move in tomorrow! This is the first apartment I’ve ever felt like they actually care about their residents. It’s super clean , organized and very well managed. I’m super excited to be living here!

Our elderly parents moved into this complex in September on this year. It is a wonderful setting for elderly residents. Excellent location for shopping right outside the gated secure complex. Wonderful restaurants within three minute drive. Staff was extremely supported to add additional safety devices for elderly or handicap residents ! Our family is blessed to have our parent in a beautiful and spacious apartment. Grounds are kept very clean. Walkways are great for exercise and very well lighted. Neighbors they have are very respectful and quiet. Glad we made the decision to have them there!

Well I must say that this is the first apartment complex I ever live at and felt so comfortable, very clean, safe and feel at home. Everything is around here, shopping centers, supermarket, restaurants, bars, movie theater. I renewed my lease and this is my second year and I LOVE IT. The management team Brittany and Donna is the best. They are very professional and treat their tenants with care, respect and love. The maintenance guys are awesome, professional and well respectable as well. Anyone who is reading this, the negative comments are lies and their are some people you just can’t please. I am not sure why would anyone say such thing about the management team. I know that anywhere you go it would not be perfect, because no place is perfect, but I trust you living at the retreat you would not regret it. Stay safe and bless everyone.
