(June 17, 2023, 9:20 am)On the road from south of the lake. Thermostat failed, truck over heating. Found our way to this O'Reillys - all fantastic Folks in this store. Employee Robert was especially helpful. You see I have emphysema and was having a problem with my breathing. As I had a younger person with to change the part Robert offered a chair to sit in --- inside the AC while my younger buddy changed the part. Robert may not realize it but that simple quick thinking action may have well saved my life. Hats off to all the employees here.
