Fair prices, techs went out of their way to take care of my trailer tire install.

My car completely broke down on a road trip from SC to Texas. I was helpless and stranded. Everyone at this shop was helpful. Andrew went above and beyond to help me and my granddaughter to make sure we received the help we needed. Words cannot express my appreciation for the help I received. I would highly recommend this shop!

I've gotten tires here on quite a few different occasions and I have always had excellent service. The employees know their stuff and are honest in all their dealings. I have never had a bad experience and would recommend them to anyone needing a tire.

We have yet to complete the mechanic work as of yet (scheduled for Friday), but I would just like to say that the amount of customer service we encounter today was phenomenal. Our daughter was having an issue with her vehicle and it started stalling, she called them and they immediately handled the issue. Mr. Russ, and one of the employees came in personally picked up the vehicle so my daughter wouldn’t have issues while driving it back to the shop. If this is the standard of customer service, I can only imagine how much better the rest is. Great job guys, you definitely have our families business on that merit alone!
