He greeted our family as if he had known us his whole life and gave his condolences for the loss of our father as well as lent a listening ear when one was needed. Mr. James went above and beyond when it came to assuring our mother that everything would be alright and that he would make sure everything went smoothly. He kept her very up to date, assuring us that he would have enough ashes set aside for all of us who wanted to keep some as well as to keep our mother updated during the whole process so she would know when our father was being cremated instead of having to constantly wonder or call to find out information. Taylor (owner) called me in regard to my less than favorable experience with his business. While my interactions (or rather lack of interaction) with the initial individual I was working with were disappointing, Taylor was very nice and wanted to make sure my needs were met so I am changing my recommendation to a positive one. The actions of one are not a reflection of the entire business. The fact that the owner took responsibility for someone who represents his company says a lot about the kind of person he is even if it the action itself wasn’t his fault. That’s how you do business. Will recommend to others. ***This is the original review: Still waiting on the dude who gave me the estimate on my fence install and came to my house a month ago to get a deposit for the service to call me back. Also waiting for an estimate to enclose the back of my carport. I understand that things are a bit wonky right now, but calling your customers back that gave you over $1000 as a down payment to get services done is expected. Period. Especially after you send them a text telling them you will call them later in the day then don’t. Would give zero stars if that was an option.”
