It is good to be reminded weekly of God's unwavering forgiveness, which is front and center at Absolution. I've had more realizations and been touched by more messages in the past few years of attending Absolution than I have in the past 35 plus years of attending other Christian services. The most significant moment for me was when a good family friend that was visiting was invited to receive communion with the only prerequisite being that he accepts Jusus as his lord and savior.
