“If I were to rate their medical staff alone, I would rate this clinic a 5 star. Dr. Patrick Walker is very knowledgeable and is always ready and willing to answer and explain all of your questions in a manner that one can understand. He responds to his messages sent via myChart on a timely manner and helps with appointment follow-up questions to keep his patients from having to make another trip to his office unnecessarily. Dr. Durwin Walker is the same way as him. They're both pretty good with children as well. Their administration is friendly, once they get to know you well. They stay busy for the fastest service possible. They are not too strict about tardiness to scheduled appointments and are patiently helpful. However, they can work on being a bit more friendly. Most of the time, they look so serious that they might give the impression of being unfriendly or unapproachable. For this, I penalized the clinic's overall rating 1 star rating.”

“One or two weeks back, my throat became extremely sore. Being a terrible procrastinator who does whatever she can to avoid a doctor’s office, I talked myself into believing it would get better on its own. Well, two days later, I couldn’t even swallow my saliva without wincing- I had to see a doctor and I knew they’d get on to me for not coming in sooner because I was sure I had strep throat. I called around and managed to find an appointment- for the next day at one place. Then I was near the Walker North Oaks Walk-In Clinic, so I went there. There were already 2 people in the waiting room and it was about 4:23 pm. I figured I had a good wait- but I was put in the back in about 20 minutes, given a strep test, checked by Dr. St. Amant, told I was positive for strep, given after care instructions, told good-bye by Dr. St. Amant and sent on my merry way to my pharmacy for antibiotics. I loved that experience. I need to go ahead and say that HE AND HIS STAFF WERE SUPPOSED TO LEAVE AT 5:00 PM, AND STAYED TO TREAT ME AS WELL AS A GENTLEMAN THAT CAME IN A GOOD WHILE AFTER ME. So, when you get sick, just walk in and see them for a few.”

“I do believe this is the first doctor that I have ever talk to that truly listened and understood and managed me like a patient should. I’m due to See him for my first personal visit. And now I know they won’t be no anxiousness and nervousness and reservations about going to see a new doctor. I’ve talk to him over the phone and he is just simply wonderful. And I don’t have health insurance right now and he’s only charging me $25 during the pandemic. Who does that? Dr. Durian Walker. he’s awesome”

I found the entire staff to be friendly, compassionate and professional, and after raving about my experience here, my 90 year old grandfather scheduled a much needed appointment for some extractions. We were seen on time, and he was handled with care. Dr Leach, and his staff, have taken all the misery out of dental appointments!! I am well pleased, as is my grandfather, and highly recommend this excellent dentist. I had a broken tooth, that Dr Leach fixed gently, with beautiful results.”
