Tesla Service Center

I had to visit the service center to address an issue under warranty. The team completed the repair in around 1.5 hours, well under their estimated time. In and out. Super easy! Water, coffee, WiFi, and bathrooms are available while waiting. So glad we have a service center here in New Orleans!

This is a great facility it has all the amenities to be able to sit and wait for your vehicle if it's a short visit but they will assist you in an Uber in case you want to travel short distances. I'm sure it's a courtesy for warranty calls. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I love my Tesla.

Exceptional crew at this location. Everyone was professional and explained things in a way I could easily understand. Communication during the length of my repair was wonderful. My son was particularly fond of Sergio and believes him to be a Tesla Super hero. Both my husband and myself have had our vehicles serviced here and it’s always a great experience.

This is a great location -- very responsive personnel, great communication, and job got done very quickly. A+++ Tesla service center. Convenient waiting area inside. I was able to plug in my laptop and do some work while waiting.
