The service is great, the People working at the hotel make you feel home. This is something that can not be reflected unless the personnel truly carestía about you feeling welcomed and try to make the best of the experienced.

I've stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Auburn Hills a couple times now & I absolutely love this Hotel!!! The Staff & Customer Service here is amazing! Every Employee I've encountered has been so friendly & kind. The Hotel itself is extremely clean, the rooms are really nice & comfortable, the pool area & fitness center are kept very clean (the only thing about the pool is that it's a little cold, they need a heater for it), and they even have a nice little outdoor picnic area. I hope I'm able to come back soon, and stay more than one night next time. If your looking for a nice, clean, reasonably priced Hotel in a nice area with outstanding Customer Service, this is the Hotel!

I've been an IHG member for a long time (Spire Elite until covid). I was seriously thinking about moving to a different chain after some pretty disappointing stays.

This place made me feel welcome again. Great front desk staff, super accommodating. Clean room, pretty much everything you'd expect out of a hotel stay.

The reviews for this Hotel are mixed, however I'm so glad I ignored the bad reviews because this place is excellent!!! Shantee (I think that's how you spell, I apologize if its spelled wrong!) was wonderful from the minutqe we checked in! She is so sweet & goes above and beyond for the Guests. Anything we needed, she got for us, she is super accomidating! The Hotel itself is very clean, the pool area is nice (however the water in the pool was pretty cold), the rooms are very clean, really nice, there was a walk in shower in our bathroom, hygiene essentials in the bathroom & shower, a big screen TV with cable or HDMI ports for a Firestick, soft bedding, a safe in the room for valuables, and the location is great (close to all kinds of Restaurants & fast food places). I would 100% recommend this Hotel to anyone looking for a room in the area! Excellent accomidationd.

Good clean room. Room service cleaned my room each day without request. Only a couple complaints. Main one was the motion sensing lighting in the bathroom. Great for late night pee breaks, no need turn on the light. But if you take a long shower and the shower door glass steams up, after about 10 minutes the lights shut off. Annoying. Other issue is shower door would not stay closed. I had to wedge a towel to keep the door from drifting open. Once it drifts off the rubber friction latch the door opens all the way quickly too. Lastly, the fire detector. The green flashing light on it, when the lights are off and it's dark, it's like a little green strobe light. Blinks every 10 seconds Seems someone else had this complaint as there is a peeled off bandaid hanging from it. Other than this good stay. Room 211
