I had an opportunity to have a lesson with Brian this month at TPC Summerlin in Las Vegas. It was such a great experience I had to write about it. I’m familiar with Brian’s articles in Golf Magazine and Golf Digest, and I knew that he was passionate about learning, understanding, and sharing what he knows about the science behind the golf swing. What I didn't know was what to expect in my lesson. Would Brian be really technical with his terminology in my lesson? To my relief Brian did not use any technical terminology. I could tell that he was super smart, and he was thinking about my swing in more technical ways, but when it came to explaining the changes I needed to make he was incredibly easy to understand, FUN in describing ways to make the changes, so that I could remember what they were (The Great Gazoo and Arrid Extra-Dry!!), and best of all I’m striking the golf ball better than I ever have.
Brian has a great sense of humor, is approachable, humble, and I’m so grateful to have had a lesson with him.
