“I had the the blessing of fellowshipping here many years ago, I think Rev, Flemming was pastoring at that time. It was an experience that has remained in my spirit and heart since that day. As a musician and vocalist in the ministry at the Shiloh United Methodist Church in Maringouin at that time. I was on the retreat as the "driver" for several Untied Methodist Women (the lord was my help) lol. While visiting on this Methodist retreat, I can say, I have never felt so welcome and so much love in any church as I did visiting First United Methodist. Thank you for a awesome memory that is forever captured in my heart and mind until the end of time.”
