  Its never gave me no problem its called patience in that place of business you deal wit all kinds of people so just chill and settle u #75 they on 50 u have 25 minutes at least to go gett yourselflf together

  I waited not even 2 hours to get seen by someone. They're fast and friendly here!
  I spent over 6 hrs at the Metairie location (Pontchartrain Blvd) just the other day for them to tell me that the system went down. Never again. The Chalmette location is the way to go!

  This dmv office definitely deserves more than what people are rating it. The service has been great, every time I have been there. It has been clean, calm and organized. The employees are down to earth, and always busy working. It may be small but it is very effective.
  This place is awesome, and gets me in and out swiftly.

  This is the 3rd or 4th new location since Katrina, like this one the best. Lots of parking, and they are the only business open during the day in that lot so its not busy. The wait time is what you expect from a DMV, but they did seem to go at a decent speed. The ladies were very nice, i was renewing my handicap lisc and they helped me. Only gripe would be the handicap ramp sucks, it is steep if you were in a wheelchair by yourself it might not be possible to get up alone.
