Excellent full morning cruising the waterways around Hopedale Marina. Over 50 species and very close views of many for photos. Capt Pete Scarafu was timely, friendly, flexible and knows the waterways very well. Stressed safety for those on board as well. Highly recommended

This is my second time trip with Capt Pete. Both trips were incredible. His knowledge of the marsh, the weather patterns, the fish, means that he can consistently get you into the best spots to find fish. And he’s got the best attitude and runs a great boat - he takes fishing seriously, but the mood is always fun. Some of my best time on the water.

Marsh On The Fly has my highest recommendation. I fished with Captain Peter for 4 days over a few weeks. I had so much fun, I'm having difficulty describing it. I already booked 5 days next year. He's a blast to hang out with and works extremely hard to find the fish and give you the best opportunities. We landed a ton to the boat! His patience and enthusiasm are noteworthy...especially when my casting was not up to par. When I hooked into big Redfish, he's calm, but excited and gives expert advice. I really appreciated the banter on the boat, the joking around, and some of our conversations as it made the days I spent with him that much more enjoyable. His equipment is immaculate, his boat is clean and comfortable (bran-new), and his knowledge of the fishery is amazing. I can't wait for next year!

I had a great time out with Captain Peter, and so did my fiancé! He helped me improve my cast and put me on some great fish, took us to some beautiful places, and was super fun to hang out with. He also put my fiancé on the biggest fish of her life and our biggest fish of the day - it was awesome! We’ve already made plans for the next trip.

My husband and I had an absolute ball fishing with Peter! We would recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone wanting to fish in Louisiana. He is fantastic with all skill sets. Book him for one of the best days of fishing in your life!
