The staff is excellent, the management is incredible as well, as they tell me constantly about how the Director is always out and talking to the staff, and talking to the residents, and the management is quick to try and find a solution for any issues brought to their attention. Having been in the facility a few times, I've personally noticed that it always seems very laid back and relaxed. Overall the facility seems great and my friend is absolutely pleased to have her mom there.”
