Cyclone is the best! They are a legit, disciplined academy! Coach DeSalvo is a wealth of knowledge. I drove from 2 hours away to train with them and it was worth every mile.

Great gym with lots of great people. Instructors are friendly and knowledgeable. Classes are available for all age groups and beginner friendly. Class time includes a warm-up period, multiple rolling sessions, and detailed drilling sessions. Usually there’s a one week free trial to see how it works for you.
For getting into shape, it’s a hell of a workout. For self-protection, it’s the best martial art you’ll find. The best day to start doing BJJ would be 10 years ago. The next best time to start is today.
