I owned rental property in Metairie and listed it with Dana. Best decision I ever made. She placed it on the market January 1, 2020, and it was sold within a few weeks. Dana did an outstanding job of dealing with all the various issues that popped up throughout the selling process. She went over and above to get the house sold and most importantly closed. She is a skilled negotiator and advocate and worked tirelessly to sell my house. She has an excellent list of third party vendors for all the situations that might come up with either the sale or purchase of a house. She was always quick to answer my questions or get back to me with an answer. She took my calls or promptly returned them if I had to leave her a message. Dana is a great person and an excellent agent. I would recommend her to anyone that is in the market to buy or sell a house.

We have known Dana for years and she stayed in for the long haul with us. We looked at about 20 different properties across a year and a half as we desperately searched for a solution to bringing my mother into our household after my father passed away. We have 3 kids and needed space for us all on a budget that just didn’t quite reach that order. We even got to the end of a deal that ended up falling through. Then finally Dana’s persistence paid off and we found the perfect house and couldn’t be happier. And even better, she sold our house in 6 days for asking price! I don’t know how you ask for more from a realtor.
