(May 19, 2023, 1:45 pm)During an installation at a very lovely home in Southlake, one of our guys dropped a customer’s picture frame. It’s shattered and needed to be fixed quickly. I ran over to Michael’s and the staff went above and beyond to get this fixed. I was in and out of there in 15 minutes or less. Big shout out to Shawn and Maddie for helping me out in such a unique situation. This team rocks!

(December 2, 2022, 9:32 am)I love Michaels! I get in so much trouble whenever I come to this store! I spend way more money than I should! This store is a crafters dream! The only problem is that the store is a little dirty and kind of a mess! And it was hard to find someone to help me.
