Ashley went above and beyond to get something together for a special 9th birthday...and not just “something”....a one of a kind, hand picked, hand delivered gift basket that was better than I could’ve imagined! Will definitely be using for gifts in the future! Thank y’all so much for making her day (and mine & her grandmother’s too)!! 😁

I love The Basketry! Ordered a second time through them for my friend's birthday. They were amazing from start to finish both times.. especially this last time! They customized a basket for me, text me a photo and pricing before finishing the order. My friend let me know that the delivery person even stayed on the stoop of her house until she answered the phone to make sure where to place the basket. Amazing amazing customer service from everyone I've interacted with. I wish I could give them more stars!

From my first experience with the Basketry I knew I had found a great place to shop online! Lots of fun things to give and get. The website was easy to navigate. I found just what I was looking for and then some. My items were shipped quickly and upon arrival they were wrapped in fantastic birthday packaging which was an unexpected welcome surprise! Unfortunately, one item arrived damaged so I used the text method offers to contact the store. They responded immediately, and offered a couple options to remedy the situation. Due to the holiday Covid shipping issues my item got lost in the shuffle. After waiting some time I contacted The Basketry to let them know my item hadn’t arrived. Once again their response was timely and this time my item arrived in perfect condition-and along with it a few little sweet treats due to the “fiasco”. Their communication is excellent! My experience was more than five stars! The offerings are varied and fun, but the customer service surpasses expectations! A very personal experience despite shopping online.
