Very satisfied! My car was fixed within a timely manner and looks like the damage was never there. It looks better than before my accident. The entire staff were so helpful and informative throughout the entire process. They took care of speaking with my insurance adjuster and actually went to the mechanic shop to access the damage prior to it being towed to them. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend using Highway 51 Collision for any body work needs. Great Staff!

Hwy 51 Collison in LaPlace La, is most definitely the best place to bring your vehicle for any out of pocket repairs or insurance claims. My insurance company referred me to them b/c of the guarantee of work they have set up with them. Getting the estimate and submitting it to my insurance company was done by Hwy 51 Collison. They worked with me with paying my deductible and Mr. Scott always makes his customers know that if he can help in any way he will. The drop of process and the pick up is smooth sailing. I only had a week off from work to get my repairs done. I dropped off a day late and they still had me ready to go in the time-frame I needed. 5 star service I promise you.

The customer service at HWY. 51 is beyond superior. A lot places do NOT provide the service they do, they are caring, they make everything easy, they do whatever they can to help- to the point of picking up your car for you, and they are beyond professional in every aspect. They did an amazing job fixing my van after my hit and run. They took care of the insurance correspondences, their turn around time is the fastest I have ever seen, and they went above and beyond cleaning the outside of my car as well as spotlessly cleaning the inside of it. When I got it back and it looked like a brand new car. So I highly recommend them over all.
