(November 14, 2019, 6:06 pm)This is a timeless National treasure! Words cannot begin to describe the work that former Louisiana governor and First lady Mike and Alice Foster put into the preservation of the home! Our tour Guide (Mrs. Mary) did a superb job!
(August 10, 2019, 11:55 am)This is a lovely plantation in franklin. It has a vast beautiful collection of antiques including furnitite like a desk and chair from napoleon himself. There are also many beautiful chandeliers and marble fireplace mantles and floors. The second and third floors are not open for they are occupied.
(October 11, 2018, 3:02 pm)They have authentic Audubons here worth millions. I highly recommend at least stopping by. The tour guide is very knowledgeable.
(September 2, 2018, 1:50 pm)Fabulous old historic home and the tour guide really knows the history. Also if you're lucky you might get to talk to Governor Foster.
