The staff here are supper nice and extremely helpful. My windshield wiper went out during a rain storm. I called them and they ordered the part I needed, installed it, and even tested the part to make sure it was working. In today's world, it is very hard to find professional people who go the extra mile. I am very thankful to Grand Touring, and I will recommend them to anyone. I anytime my cars needs something fixed I will be bring my car here.

My wife and two daughters were on their way back to Texas from visiting with eldest daughter who is in the military stationed in North Carolina. As they had just passed Covington, La. the check engine light came on and the car automatically slowed to about 20 mph on I-12. The wrecker that hat arrived to pick us up recommended Grand Touring Automotive to run a diagnostic. The folks that were working that day were very good to my Family! After they ran the diagnostic and got a code reading, they called the manufacture with our VIN number to see if there was warranty on the engine! Which there was!
We give them 5 Gold Stars for their honesty, kindness and just so helpful to our needs. Understanding that they were away from home.... and had car trouble. Because it was under factory warranty, we towed the car with a U-Haul dolly back to a dealership near us in Texas for the repairs. Thank you so much to the good folks at Grand Touring Automotive!

My F-150 broke down on a Friday afternoon between Christmas and New Years and my regular mechanic wasn't available. Not knowing what I was going to do, Ace's Towing Service recommended Grand Touring Automotive. I decided to take a chance on them even though they are a relatively new. I couldn't be happier with my overall experience. When dropping my truck off, my 2 year old daughter was with me. They had couches available to relax, coffee available, and cartoons on TV, which was perfect for my daughter! When it came to fixing my truck, J.D. did exactly what he said he would. He's friendly to talk to and obviously an experienced mechanic. His hourly rate was fair and now knowing what it took to fix my truck, his labor charge was what I would expect it to be. He's the type of mechanic you can send your spouse to and not worry about them taking advantage of them.

Additionally, J.D. knows BMW's and Mercedes very well. I won't hesitate to take mine to him.
