Local meal prep. Great selection of cooked meals that rotate every week. You can choose from the low carb menu or the maintenance menu. I like that they have seafood options and that I can order online. Very convenient meals that simply require heating!

Today was our first time to order and pick up.
First experience is a good one!
I met Dustin and his Sister.
Seem like good people.
So far good food too!
We had the pork chops and cheesy cauliflower. Wonderfully seasoned and portions too. I can’t wait to try another one.

We went for lunch and it was more than we expected. Excellent food and service. I stick to a Keto diet when I can and was very surprised that they had items I could choose from on their menu. We will return.

Awesome selection of gluten-free deliciousness. I ordered the shimp po-boy with onion rings and the chocolate tart for dessert. The chocolate tart somehow disappeared before I was able to get a pic, oops! Both were divine, I'll definitely be back!

While not immediately obvious, this is a gluten-free, psuedo-healthy, italian, meal prep type business. And if that is your thing... I doubt they can be beat. People were coming in and out picking up orders and some eating in as we did. My buddy was drawn here as he cannot resist a menu item that mentions eggplant (hold the jokes). Since they had a double cheeseburger... I was up for it. He had the Eggplant Lasagna and never found the eggplant as apparently they meant... eggplant noodles? The owner mentioned the mashed potatoes are actually cauliflower, which left me wondering about my cheeseburger! The double cheesburger was actually two singles next to each other and the gluten free bun... well, like I said... you'd love this place if that's your thing. So I'll rate them higher because they do what they set out to do very well!
