Before Mrs. Toshia Norris took over, our concerns were ignored. Mrs. Norris has been very open to our issues and concerns and addresses each. She is easy to talk to and she ensures the problem is taken care off! Because of her dedication, I would recommend the Gulf States Real Estate!

The team that monitors the pool this year are quite refreshing and much more professional than last years team. It appears that the right individuals were chosen for the job this year. The team needs more help from DR Horton in stopping the rude residents from coming to the amenities who have not paid their dues. It’s awful that they have to deal with people sneaking into the pool area. When I scan my card to open the gate people who have not paid run to the gate. More has to be done to help the management team out. Kevin and Katazha are wonderful people and it’s only so much they can do when they have people in their office and people are coming from all angles to get into the pool area. I have heard the management team address issues of parents should be in attendance with their kids. It seams parents are initially coming in with their kids only to leave them at the pool to go run errands and come back after hours to pick up the kids. Again, I want to congratulate Kevin and Katazha for doing a wonderful job.

I am thankful to have had the opportunity to work with Gulf States with the purchase of and major renovation of my new office location. The transformation of the building was something I couldn’t imagine possible. They made my dream office building a reality. Jason Reibert with Gulf States held my hand every step of the way during this process and I can’t say enough great things about him. He’s amazing, cares about quality and operates fairly and with integrity. Stuart Ridgel and his sister Haley Ridgel with Gulf States were the Realtors that helped me purchase the building. They were great….attentive, personable, and professional. They made it easy for me.
